– The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
– Refund Processing Fees The processing fee on all refunds is 5% of the Refund Amount.
– No claim / adjustments for refund will be entertained after Checkin Date
– FULL REFUND — Only if informed in writing 48 hrs before check in date & time.
– 01 Day Charge for each room booked for that day will be charged ,if informed there after.
